We hope you never have to suffer any issues in your home, however we understand that’s not the reality of living in a property. Whatever your problem, we’re here to help.

 

Reporting a maintenance issue has never been easier for tenants. Simply fill in the form above, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the job will be logged with our Property Management Department.

There is the option of giving us permission for our contractors to enter your property with our keys, which may be more convenient for you, for example, if you are at work during the day. Please add this service to your corespondence if your happy to consent.

Tenant Responsibilities

There is a range of repairs that you, as a tenant, are responsible for undertaking. This can include, but is not limited to:

  • Keeping your home clean.

  • Arranging safety checks on electrical appliances you own.

  • Adequately heating, cleaning and ventilating the property to prevent condensation and black spot mould.

  • Water damage as a result of negligence or inaction.

  • Fixing appliances or furniture you own.

  • Connection of your own white goods / appliances.

  • Damage caused by pets, you, your family or your guests.

  • Minor repairs to plasterwork, such as cracks or small holes.

  • Completing minor maintenance such as changing lightbulbs, tightening screws or replacing smoke alarm batteries.

  • Keeping drains clear.

  • Bleeding radiators.

  • Aerials, satellite dishes and telephones.

  • Taking care of pests & vermin such as ants, wasps, mice & rats.

  • Replacing lost keys, and the replacement of locks due to lost keys.

  • Replacing plugs and chains for sinks, baths and washbasins.

  • Making good damage caused by installing or removing your own fixtures and fittings.

  • Garden maintenance.

  • Having the chimney swept. (if applicable)

  • Gas and electric meter and supply.
