Calling All Landlords!!

We are always open to receiving new properties to manage on behalf of the landlord. We take away the hassle of bills and maintenance as well as attending to the tenants' needs. We only charge a percentage of the rent you receive, and a finding fee for the properties you may have empty.

New Landlords

Joining Fee

FREE     (For empty properties) - This includes:

  • Market appraisal & recommendations

  • Advertising

  • Unlimited viewings.

Administration Fee

FREE     (For pre-tenanted properties) - This includes:

  • Correspondence with previous Landlord / Agent for transfer of Tenant(s)

  • Welcome pack sent to Tenants

  • Property Inspection

  • Assessment of sitting Tenant(s)

Fully Managed Service

Tenant Finding Fee

£350     When a suitable tenant is found. Charge will be applied after the                         tenant has moved in and signed the Tenancy Agreement.

Management
Fee

10%     Of rental income. Charged on a monthly basis as long as the property                is tenanted.

Out of Area Properties

There are properties which we manage that are classed as an 'Out of Area' property. These are located a considerable distance from our main office, and due to this, will incur higher charge rates. Below is a brief example of the most popular charges. 

Tenant Finding Fee

£550     When a suitable tenant is found. Charge will be applied after the                         tenant has moved in and signed the Tenancy Agreement.

Call Out Fee

£125     If we need to visit the property for reasons that do not fall under the                  fully managed service. i.e.: By council or police request etc.
