Hello and welcome to SKP Management. We are a family run business, who take care of all aspects of renting and maintaining properties on behalf of landlords. We are based just outside of Chester-Le-Street in County Durham but provide properties to rent all over the North East. Our main areas are Sunderland and South Shields, but we also have properties in the Durham, Newcastle and Gateshead areas.
SKP Management are specialists in lettings. Our prices are very competitive and we offer no hidden fees.​ We strive to eliminate your stress and worry through our hard work and provide peace of mind that your property is being looked after. Our aim is to help Landlords benefit from their investment, whilst at the same time helping Tenants find a place they can call home.

We have dedicated staff to help with general enquiries, and a contracts manager to help with maintenance enquiries so you won't be passed from pillar to post.

Here at SKP Management, we provide a complete service
Pre-Rental Checks
Should you have an empty property you wish to rent through us, we will conduct a range of checks on the property to make sure it is up to standard and advise of any works. The property will then be advertised on our website and also through On The Market.
Looking After Your Property
We take away all the hassle of being a landlord, taking control of bills and maintenance, whilst ensuring all tenants needs are met. We only charge a percentage of the rent you receive, and a finding fee for properties you may have which are empty.
Rental
When renting a property, we ensure that all checks are conducted on prospective tenants such as conducting credit and referencing checks. During rentals we ensure everything runs smoothly, dealing with the council and utility companies.
