Privacy Policy

This is the privacy notice of www.skpmanagement.co.uk. In this document, "we" or "us" refers to SKP Management Ltd.

SKP Management is committed to safeguarding the privacy of anyone using our site and the confidentiality of any information that you provide us with. The purpose of this statement is to set out how we use any personal information that we may obtain from you.

By using this site you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of the SKP Management website.

Except as set out below, we do not share, or sell, or disclose to a third party, any personally identifiable information collected at this site.

Collection of information and its use:

In order to provide you with the full range of SKP Management services, we sometimes need to collect information about you. This information is used only to respond to enquiries and to monitor site usage. We will use such information to correspond with you or deal with you as you expect or request. In a collective way, it will not refer to any particular individual; it will be for the purpose of quality control and improvement of our site.

This includes all information given to us in the course of our business, such as information you give us in your capacity as our client. We undertake to preserve the confidentiality of the information and of the terms of our relationship.

We keep information which forms part of our business record for a minimum of six years. That is because we may need it in some way to support a claim or defence in court. That is also the period within which our tax collecting authorities may demand to know it.

We shall not under any circumstances divulge your e-mail address to any person who is not an employee or contractor of ours and who does not need to know, either generally or specifically.

Such information is anonymous. You will not receive unsolicited paper or electronic mail as a result of using an electronic form unless we have explicitly requested and received your permission.

SKP Management may contact you:

-          In relation to any service, activity or online content you have signed up for in order to ensure that SKP Management can deliver the services to you;

-          In relation to any correspondence we receive from you or any comment or complaint you make about SKP Management services;

-          In relation to any contribution you have submitted to SKP Management.

We comply with the Data Protection Act in all our dealings with your personal data and are members of the ICO.

Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to request a copy of the personal information SKP Management holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you on our files.

Security:

We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information by having security measures in place to protect our customers database and access to this database is restricted internally. Disclosure to Government and their agencies:

We are subject to the law like everyone else. We may be required to give information to legal authorities if they so request or if they have the proper authorisation such as a search warrant or court order.

Amendments:

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove provisions of this Privacy Policy and may update this policy from time to time by publishing a new version on our website. You may wish to check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes to this policy.

Complaining:

When we receive a complaint, we record all the information you have given to us. We use that information to resolve your complaint. We do this as infrequently as possible, but it is a matter for our sole discretion as to whether we do give information, and, if we do, what that information is.

We may also compile statistics showing information obtained from this source to assess the level of service we provide, but not in a way that could identify you or any other person.
