We comply with the Data Protection Act in all our dealings with your personal data.
Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to request a copy of the personal information SKP Management holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. (We charge £10 for information requests and require you to prove your identity with 2 pieces of approved identification). We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you on our files.


We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information by having security measures in place to protect our customers database and access to this database is restricted internally. However it remains your responsibility to protect against unauthorised access to your log in details. We cannot guarantee the security of any data that you disclose online and we will not be responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.
