SKP Management is a small, family run business and have been going for over 15 years. We specialise in Lettings & Property Management and are continuously expanding.

It all started in 2008 with Peter & Amanda, with only a handful of landlords, SKP has grown to manage a portfolio of approximately 40 landlords, some of which have become dear friends. Married for over 30 years, their family oriented life is what formed the foundations of this company.

We are based in Chester-Le-Street and manage properties throughout the North East. Our prices are very competitive and we offer no hidden fees... we don't believe in unnecessary charges.  

 

Although we are based on the outskirts of Chester Le Street in Durham, the majority of our properties are in Sunderland / South Shields area, which expands for a further 10-mile radius.
